Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order to the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel and Qatar. Any other available shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery
Orders are reviewed and prepared before dispatch. The delivery estimate available during checkout or in your shipping confirmation is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier disruption, weather, holidays, or customs may cause delays outside our control. If you order a harness and a Mystery Gift together, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking your order
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the contact details provided with your order.
Shipping address
Enter your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP or postal code, and phone number. Contact commercialid123@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch or accept responsibility for an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
International orders
International customers must provide any customs, tax, or personal identification information required by their country. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed after checkout are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Shipping protection
When ordering you can add insured shipping for $3.99. It protects your order from damage, loss, or theft during shipping. If something happens in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
